We are delighted to welcome Paul Boyes into the office in his new role as Labour Coordinator.
Paul started with BCS Electrics back in 2001 as an apprentice. Serving his 4 year apprenticeship both on the tools and at Leeds College of Building, Paul continued with BCS until 2008.
After working away from home and wanting to further his career, Paul approached Dean Towers, Managing Director at BCS. Within 10 months of being back with the team, Paul decided he wanted to learn more about the management side of the business. With Dean’s appointment as MD, it was a natural fit for Paul to take on some of his roles. This would allow Dean more time to work on developing the business, marketing and networking to grow BCS even further.
Paul said “there’s a lot to learn but it’s great to see the other side of the business. I am working with Dean on a day to day basis, taking on more as the weeks go by. It was good to get back to BCS, the team, the projects they work on and the fact I am doing something different but still working in the industry I enjoy”.
A great move all round, we wish Paul all the very best and hope he continues to do well here at BCS Electrics.
